Mapeo de la personalidad digital de la marca: análisis del sentimiento y modelado de temas del contenido generado por usuarios/as

Resumen

Objetivo. Este estudio analiza cómo se construye y percibe la personalidad de marca de Nike a través del contenido generado por los usuarios/as (CGU) en YouTube, utilizando el marco de las cinco dimensiones de personalidad de marca de Aaker. Examina cómo las reacciones emocionales y cognitivas presentes en el discurso de la audiencia influyen en el significado y la implicación con la marca digital. Metodología. Se aplicó un enfoque computacional multimodal que combina análisis de sentimientos basado en RoBERTa, mapeo semántico y modelado BERTopic. El conjunto de datos incluye 4.494 comentarios procedentes de 35 vídeos oficiales de Nike. Los sentimientos y los temas se evaluaron según las dimensiones de Aaker — sinceridad, emoción, competencia, sofisticación y robustez— para identificar variaciones en la percepción según el tipo de contenido y la intensidad estética. Resultados y conclusiones. Los resultados muestran que los sentimientos positivos se relacionan principalmente con la sofisticación y la sinceridad, mientras que el sentimiento negativo reduce la emoción. La competencia se mantiene estable, actuando como un ancla de coherencia de marca. Los patrones temáticos diferencian el compromiso afectivo (apreciación estética) de la evaluación instrumental (rendimiento). Las imágenes de alta producción refuerzan la sofisticación percibida, mientras que las narrativas centradas en atletas fortalecen la emoción. El estudio demuestra el valor de las herramientas de aprendizaje automático para la monitorización en tiempo real de la personalidad de marca y de la resonancia emocional en ecosistemas digitales. Singularidades. Al integrar el análisis de sentimientos y el modelado de temas en un marco teórico, esta investigación conecta la ciencia social computacional con la comunicación de marca. Ofrece un método escalable y basado en datos para el seguimiento de la personalidad de marca en entornos de CGU y aporta implicaciones estratégicas para el posicionamiento impulsado por contenidos en el marketing en redes sociales.
